Abstract

This paper addresses the optimization challenges of large-scale sparse multi-objective problems, which are char- acterized by high-dimensional decision variables, heterogeneous variable bounds, and complex structural de- pendencies. To tackle these issues, we propose an improved algorithm based on an automated guiding vector selection-based evolutionary algorithm (AGSEA), termed SMAF, which integrates structure-aware sampling and dynamic guidance.
